  1. You've called me a prick like 5 times already. Yeah, but when Erick does it---- it's so out of character. And I've called you a lot worse then prick, penguin boy.
  2. Rab called me an idiot in 2009. On here and on AIM! Shit- Erick called me a "real" prick, lol
  3. Most of you are like...teenagers, right? Or very early 20s. That means the last time the Fish won you guys were like what? 10? Hilarious. Really dude, You are coming off as an elitist prick- when was the last time you've spoken down to someone in that manner on person? If I were you, I would consider taking a different tone and realizing the analytical statistics that are used to evaluate a players contribution are here to stay. Unfortunately the game has progressed and now this is what were are dealt with. And while your too young to realize this, Heaney pitches just like Robert "Bob" Lemon, in that he's got three plus pitches if he utilizes them right- Kind of like how you can get your point across without belittling the community your desperately trying to interact with. I know if you took that tone with me in public and in person, I would have no issue giving you Vietnam boot camp flashbacks of your drill instructor calling you "Private Pyle" Take care of your self, Leonard Lawrence.
  4. You know who else couldn't blow anybody out the batters box? Greg Maddux And now Ozunas up.
  5. I would love to see Mathis catch Heaney for a while---- ******Runs and hides*****
  6. That pick off would have never happened if Reed Johnson was in the lineup- Ben Chapman must be furious that Ozunas in left.
  7. You are the worst of the worst. What the fuck do you mean by that? I thought I was your one and only.... Heck- Erick even called me a prick!
  8. My girl just went to TJ max and got an MLB Marlins Stanton jersey for 8 bucks. No luck for me though Care to post a picture--- I'd be curious to see if it was a replica, or battign practice or even kids model. I've seen a few kids stantons.
  9. Should have sat Ozuna for Marisnek.....
  10. Should have started Marisnek-
  11. MLB had a sale- may still be going on- for 39.99
  12. I like when the marlins have throwback games ...... And start an all white infield. Salty Jones Baker / Dietrich Lucas McGehee Disco Let's play Marisnick, Johnson and the Irishman Stanton in RF and go for a good ol fashion hanging--- ummm defeat- of the metropolitans.
  13. Links not working but googled it THROWING TIP Jon Rauch didn’t leave much of a lasting impression as a reliever during his brief and largely forgettable stay with the Marlins. But the tall and tattooed Rauch might have made a significant contribution in a way that went unnoticed. Marcell Ozuna said it was Rauch who improved his throwing accuracy by changing the way the outfielder grips the ball. Rauch told Ozuna he would achieve better results if he threw a two-seamer with the palm of his hand “behind the seams. That slight adjustment flattened Ozuna’s throws. “The ball was diving before, Ozuna said. “Jon Rauch told me to grab the ball with the seams behind. I saw the difference right away. The ball went straight, straight, straight — no movement. Ozuna recorded his eighth outfield assist on Tuesday when he threw out the Braves’ Chris Johnson at the plate. Only Arizona’s Gerardo Parra and Colorado’s Carlos Gonzalez — with nine each — have more outfield assists. Rauch isn’t the only person Ozuna credits with helping him defensively and with throwing, in particular. He said Marlins minor-league outfield coordinator Tarrik Brock instilled in him the need to always hit the cutoff man, and Marlins front office assistant and Hall of Fame outfielder Andre Dawsonimproved his footwork. “Before, I made a lot of mistakes when I threw because I threw high, and the ball had a lot of movement, Ozuna said. “I worked on that during the offseason in winter ball, and then Rauch told me how to grip the ball to make it flat. Read more here: http://www.miamiherald.com/2013/07/11/3494643/adeiny-hechavarrias-hit-streak.html#storylink=cpy
  14. Hough might actually win a CY Young with us right now. Evoldi - 101 gas, Alvarez- gas, Heaney- 96 gas if he wants to, then good ol Charlie the Unicorn tossin 50 MPH Kandy Mountain KnuckleGumballs at the plate might mess with a teams timing for a month! Trade for Dickey!
  15. Where are these $1 tickets!!!!
  16. Are you a student?
  17. I hope dodger fans are hating Hanley as much as us Marlins fans do .
  18. I heard recently his velocity was in the Mid 90's. Didn't think that meant he'd get a contract though.
  19. You're******* Autocorrect
  20. They pay $1 a ticket. Where do they get that ticket for $1 lol! Your holding out on us!
  21. I see penguinos responded to my post- my work here is done.
  22. Understand what is being said here. We were offered at the time a way better package than what we took just to dump salary that the organization had no intention in putting back into the franchise. Its a rinse and repeat situation. Lets face it here. This is the same organization that traded away a once in a lifetime hitter in Miguel Cabrera, he didnt even leave, THEY TRADED HIM. Jesus. Marlins are cheap and always will be. Will always be a fan but reality is reality. Like its said in Cuba "Al pan le digo pan y al vino VINO." Im a realist. Didn't the marlins say lose weight and we'll sign you to a deal..... Only to have him gain weight and Have to be traded when he was eating his way off 3b? Wouldn't it be nice for some people to say that when they bring up such a horrible trade. I mean- there are reasons it had to be done. Nevermind- it's more fun for people to ignore it. Fuck the facts- throw shit at the fan and hope it sticks to the wall!
  23. I hate this f***ing guy more than Penguino- I really fucking hate this guy now.....
  24. I hate this fucking guy more than Penguino-
  25. I would love to pile on Loria because I can't stand him but when it comes to the selection of Kolek, that definitely was not Loria. That was all Hill/Jennings. That was a brave baseball decision and I applaud them for taking it. If you look at it in the way that Rodon was the safe decision... Rodon is a S Floridian and I am sure that he would not have been difficult to sign to play within 30-45 mins of his home. They really believed in Kolek. They expect him to be be the better pitcher, not now, but 3 years from now. I think they are right, not just because he throws 102 mph, not just because of the rating of 65 on his slider and 60 of his curve. Not because at the of the age of 18 he is 6'5 and 250 lbs. It's all that and that his developmental growth curve is amazing. He just gets it...He works very hard but it's more. He is a one in a lifetime talent...Pitching for him is like Mozart is for music or Da Vinci is for art, Einstein is for science. You can't actually put it in words, you have to see it... I think all along it was Kolek and in a few years we will see why. I had my doubts on Fernandez myself and look how quickly that worked out for the Marlins.Kolek will make his mark quickly as well. How big will the splash be? It's going to be fun to find out I do however blame Loria for the trade of the 39th pick. We could have gotten an additional solid prospect with that pick as well Isn't kolek 17?
