Well it should be more than 40% in Broward if the stadium is there. The stadium is in DADE. Yes, it's not in the center of Dade, but it's not in the center of Broward either, given it's practically on County Line. That's why 40:40 makes sense.

You have to consider that stadium talks won't exist next year. There will be stadium plans, stadium ground-breaking ceremonies, etc., instead, which means a lot for our FO. Things are only going up from here. On top of that, Pudge had an average-to-mediocre regular season. Has Guerrero ever had one of those?
