What was the play he was arguing? Did he have a valid argument? What was with Valentine waving goodbye to him? There was a man on third and 1 one out. Tiffee hit a dribbler down the first base line that would have scored the run and tied the game. The first base umpire ruled it foul when it was the home plate umpire's call to make. Bobby was interviewed right after the ejection and he said he was waving bye because he didn't get to talk to Ozzie before the game, so it was a friendly gesture, according to him.

Anyone just see sport science on espn? They featured Stanton, and that 465 footer vs the Mets was against 16 MPH winds. They said that for every one MPH of wind, it can take up to 3 feet of distance away. This guy is amazing. So in essence simple math would indicate that 16 x 3 = 48 465 + 48 = 503 So 503 ft. give or take. Sounds about right. 513
