We should have won this game and we didn't. The Braves stole it from us. Even if we want the wild card we gotta finish at least 20 games over .500! Isn't it better to get those wins early instead of playing catchup through-out the year?

 

Play well and do it consistently. Every team will go on a 3 game losing streak but the Marlins have a habit of losing so natually when they lose, we'll panic. We're used to it! It's gotta stop Tuesday though.

Penny pitched well....and in a day game too.

The bullpen was outstanding again.

The team came back...on a Castro tater.

 

Let's pull out the positives. This would have been a nice win but the team definitly was in hangover mode.

 

They started the season HOT, received the rings and all the hoop-lah. They then went to P.R. and a bunch of the guys were psyched to produce....then this trip to Atlanta. Okay, the trip to Philly should get them going...they know the Phillies wanna pay the Marlins back.

I admit Cabs messed up... but HELLO... so did everbody else. This is a TEAM effort! Once 1 person makes a mistake, the team should carry it. That's the way it goes, u can't putthe whole blame on Cabrera just becuz his mistake was at the last minute of the game.

The Phillies new park is a hitter's park. 329 ft, 6 foot walls. Maybe the offense can get something going there. Who knows.

We lost so what f*** it we still have a whole season ahead of us we got swept so what we're still #1.

Look, I know it's easy to try to not blame Cabs since he is sort of our franchise player, and an attractive face, but he should have caught the ball, period. No biggy, it's a long season, and we still have plenty of games left.

 

But, this is starting to turn into a serious concern. It's an adventure out there for Cabs in RF.
