They are taking the Marlins at their word that he can build it for $325 million. They are $30 million short. Samson is going to Tallahassee today to try and find that last component. Everything is contingent on selling the Arena.

April 28, 200422 yr Author thanks Marlins03, I was only able to catch about half of that before I had to leave my car for work.... He also made the statement that if they weren't quite able to get everything done this year, he felt almost certain that this would be done next year. ....and what the F is an entertainment atrium? is that anything like Cheetas Adult Cabaret? :lol bothers me he didn't address the eminent domain issue, and yeah 2500 cars isn't enough, but anything will help I suppose.
