Any video game fans? Nintendo Drops the Bomb at E3

Featured Replies

It will stil lbe a distant third with the current wave of platforms.

Nintendo needs to become a little less childish in the future if they want to compete with the big boys...

Well then its good to know that GameCube is actually second this generation with Xbox trailing in third :mischief

like i said....

nintendo has built their reputation as the console for the younger generations.

its not necessarily a bad thing....the console outlives its usefulness as you age...but nintendo by leaps and bounds has almost a captive audience in the 13 and under crowed.

something no other console can say for any demographic.

GTA:SA is not going back to the 2D form. Doing that would lose so many fans. There are some screens at Gamespot.com so go check it out.

I'll tell you what's gonna 0wn, Way Of The Samurai 2, Musashi Samurai Legend, Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne, Suikoden IV, Baten Kaitos, Tales Of Symphonia, Paper Mario 2, Virtua Quest, and Red Ninja!

I love E3!

Anybody see the preview for GTA: San Andreas?

Ive heard its going back to the 2D gameplay, I may be wrong (hopefully). :banghead :banghead :banghead :banghead Nah, it's not going back to 2d.

haiti's favorite video game, GTA: San Andreas will be sick. very very sick

its coming out october 2004. dont be surprised if that dates pushed back to first quarter 2005 to make some adjustments

Well, it doesn't look like they're changing the graphical engine, so it shouldn't take that long. It's going to be the first GTA game in awhile to feature a character different from Tommy Vercetti.

*Jaw Drops*

That game looks amazing. Is it PS2 only?

I think it's exclusive to PS2 at first just like the last two, then they'll port it.

And I will have to sit in a corner of my room and weep myself to sleep everynight until it is on the Xbox. :(

dudes, somebody recommend a good PS2 game for me.... I've got a gift card to Best Buy & I'm jonesin' for a new game.

I've already got a few so-so shooter/war games like SoCon, Medal of Honor, etc, plus GTA obviously. I'd like something in the Action/Adventure/RPG type area.

Any ideas? Anyone played the new Transformers game? A little nostalgia there, & looked like it might be cool...

I want GT4.

Arc The Lad(RPG), Dark Cloud 2(LONG ASS RPG), Shadow Hearts(RPG), Kingdom Hearts(GREAT RPG), Way Of The Samurai(ADVENTURE. Short, but great), and Mark Of Kri(Action/Adventure) are all great.

I never been in to console games other than Madden. In my opinion PC has better games.

With online play on consoles...I cant think of any reason Id take a PC over my 'Box.

Most of the great tittle on xbox are PC games.

Most of the great tittle on xbox are PC games. Xbox has tons of great exclusives and besides:

Xbox: $150

Top of the Line PC: $900 and up

PC is not only for gaming and top of a line PC will be around 650.00 if you build it yourself.

I'm talking for game purposes only, a PC will cost much more money and isn't as user friendly as getting an xbox. Not only that but you'll have to upgrade a PC quite a few times to keep up with newer games.

Also, how many people build their own PC's? I know it's not difficult but most people don't even attempt it.

:) Yeah but most people don't like to sit in front of PC's to play games. I have a PC perfectly capable of playing games but prefer to play on a console where I can sit back and relax.
