June 7, 200422 yr but in terms of the draft...its one of the good things the NBA has. set a salary structure for all draft picks and be done with it.

June 7, 200422 yr The NBA draft isn't that big though, I think the MLB draft is fair. set a salary structure and the best player doesnt fall 11 spots. and then you dont have to worry about this signability crap.
