PBMarlin
Someone needs to buy him the book: "Situational Hitting for Dummies"
Guest Juanky
It was an interesting thought, trying the chop on that play. Not like he was going to get a hit anyways.
PBMarlin
It was an interesting thought, trying the chop on that play. Not like he was going to get a hit anyways. What was interesting about it? Bases loaded with the pitcher who can't hit coming up??????????????? Dumb, very dumb....
Guest Juanky
No, the idea itself wasn't interesting. The play unfolding was. He dove into first and everything, creative.
Flamarlins3
I dunno this might show his confidence in his hitting ability and that he is pressing. He did not think he could get the job done so he tries to get 'creative' and fails miserably
Hotcorner
at least he got an RBI tonight.... I didn't understand the bunt either. Either it was a missed call (by him or Choi who wasn't coming home), or it was a dumb idea. Why load the bases for Pavano with 2 outs? Just swing away.... Anyway, it's all smiles after this game!
