This is just fun watching a superstar grow right in front of us!
July 28, 200422 yr Maybe this is why we're winning? 479964 we've only gone 5-7 since the all-star break.
July 28, 200422 yr Lowell hasn't been hitting that well lately. It seems he always gets out with MISP. Granted, he did hit a solo blast yesterday but they showed a stat on BBTN last night and like 75% of his HR's are solo. But JP is killing the ball.

But JP is killing the ball. 479985 JP has gone to a lighter bat, and it is paying off. He should have done that in May when he kept getting under and lofting so many balls. Nice to see he found the answer to his problems. JP has that nice level swing going for him again like he had in April when he was hitting in the .340s.
July 29, 200422 yr I think I heard that JP does that every year, switches to a lighter bat after the All-Star break.
