Benitez>Perisho even against lefties. Although the inning definitely wasn't Perisho's fault, I still would've liked to see Benitez there. That move in Philly in late July, using Benitez in the 8th with a 3-0 count and bases loaded took some cojones(sp?). We need that again today, but Jack decided to use Perisho, and Seanez instead and it cost us.

You have a 11-man bullpen, atleast give yourself options if a guy on the mound can't get the job done.

Jack should have put Rudy in to get the final out of the final out of the 7th inning as well. I also can't believe Jack didn't walk Sammy with an open base, I was yelling at the TV to walk him and I think pretty much everyone knew Sammy was gonna come up big before the first pitch to him. This was a horrible loss and REALLY hurts and it's times like this which shows why Mota can't be our closer of the future like everyone wants.
