Best way to get over girlfriend/boyfriend

Featured Replies

Good question and one that's been on my mind for a long time.

Sometimes I think the only way is to find someone better :lol

Best way I always found was to stay active. I used to stay home and dwell on the fact that I lost someone, until I realized that wasn't doing me any good. That's the worst you can do. Go out and have fun. It'll keep your mind off him/her and you'll find yourself getting over him/her quicker.

Yep, just stay active, go out, do some sports, do work, whatever as long as you're active.

Kill her/him.

play sports. go get some friends together and start a lil game of softball, basketball, or whatever interests you. Being in some kind of active competition really helps my keep my mind off of things. It worked for me for many emotional situations ive been in.

Talking to Juanky about your problems helps too!! :thumbup thanks hun :kiss2

i always call my best friend or any of my friends who i know will be there and talk to them about it, having someone that listens is always best...or going out with your friends to a movie or just to hang out or play sports is awesome.....always helps me feel better

Get out and do stuff with friends. That's the best. Don't underestimate the power of your friends to cheer you up.

Definitely meet someone better. Also, hanging out with friends is pretty good.

Okay, if one more person says "play sports", I'm going to smack them. Or at least want to really really badly.

Getting your mind off something doesn't erase it, does it? The best you can hope for is time to heal wounds. Making a clean break is good, too.

Then you might drunk dial. I have always heard the best way is to just kill yourself. However, nobody has ever confirmed it, just a rumor.
