Ugliest Stadiums in the League

Featured Replies

Let's keep in mind, the thread is not worst stadiums, but ugliest.

I think Olympic is by far the ugliest, with the Vet behind.

I was at Tropican field, theres no reason it should have 5 votes...

Yeah, theres not much to buy but the actual stadium looks nice

I voted for the Metrodome.

Pro Player is just a miserable place for Baseball because it has no roof to stop rain and it has those huge ramps for football fan herds that I hate. I don't like the Jumbotrons, because you can't see them because of seat location and twilight sometimes. The upper deck at the Pro is way too high for baseball, but not as high as other multi-purpose/football stadiums.

Tropicana Field is a ballpark, placed under a roof. It has no nose bleed upper deck and is very fan friendly from what I have seen. The upper deck at the Trop seems closer to the action than the upper deck at the Office Depot Center or American Airlines Arena.

This is a cool feature I like to use, The Tropicana Field Seating Chart, just click on a section to see a view of the field from those seats.

A MLB Park doesnt have to have a roof CapeFish....the Jumbotrans is great you can see the replay of what happened and alot of players look foward to seeing what they have done.

You would know how?

I you play in Seattle or Miami, your stadium needs a roof.

And he isn't against jumbotrons in general, he loves them, he just doesn't think that you can proprely see them in Pro Playewr stadium from each seating levels...

In places where it rains during the season you do. The JumboTrons in a real ballpark are in center field, not at both touchdown ends.

In some ballparks with roofs, it can be in left center or right center field.

Depending on the location of the seats in the stadium.

I PERSONALLY THINK TROPICANA IS HORRIBLE LETS SEE WHAT U GUYS THINK.

AJ every modern ballpark has a JumboTron. Pro Player's are located well for football, but not baseball. Pretty much like evrything else in the stadium.

Ive been to 2 MLB stadiums lol. Pro and Fenway. Pro is ugglier lol.

Now if you wanna talk college football stadiums......

Ben Hill Griffin, Orange Bowl, Citrus Bowl, Gator Bowl (Alltell Stadium), Paladin Stadium (woo!), Neyland Stadium, South Carolina's stadium (the name has slipped my mind..I think its Williams-Brice Stadium), Superdome, Vanderbilt's stadium, and a bunch of smaller school stadiums such as Carson-Newman's, Appalachian State's, the MiniDome (East Tennessee State), and Wofford's stadium.

Best stadium of them all? Ben Hill Griffin or Williams-Brice. Neyland is cool, but the stadium is nasty. Vol Navy on the Tennessee River is great though.
