March 10, 200521 yr Link to February 28th Entry | Link to March 1st Entry | Link to March 3rd Entry | Link to March 4th Entry | Link to March 6th Entry | Link to March 7th Entry March 9, 2005 wow, i never thought it would stop raining, but it's 8:15 pm and it seems to have come to a halt. when i woke up this morning i knew we'd be rained out. i checked the weather channel while surfing the net like i do every morning and a huge green cloud was covering all of south florida. so, the "B" game was cancelled and those pitchers just threw their bullpens in the cages. then of course the hitters hit in the cages, and went back to the locker room. FYI you might see some current marlins at the WSOP (world series of poker) sometime soon. i think they had 2 tables going at one point today to help pass the time. i didn't keep track of the winners nor did i play. i was too busy playing Game Boy Advanced with Hermida and Wilson. we're busy beating Super Mario Brothers 3 - yeah, very old school - level by level. well friday is almost upon us and that means one of 2 things - either you get sent back down to minor league camp or you get paid for another week. i know they've been trying their hardest to get a look at every pitcher, but i'm sure they have an idea right now who they're going to keep looking at and who needs to be sent down - of course i'm not going to mention any names. loduca took some swings in the cages today - said he felt only a little pain every now and then in his wrist, but he should be cleared to play in tomorrow's game up in Viera. anyways, since i really don't have much news, this journal entry isn't going to be all that great. i'm off to watch a little tv or play some xbox for a while. ciao....

March 11, 200521 yr Jorgy is a pretty good poker player. Apart from being extremely lucky and getting good cards, he holds his own. I've seen him in action before.
