March 23, 200521 yr Raggeaton isn't gonna last long. It's to annoying to have the staying power. Soon it will thrown on the pile of songs that everybody can't stand. Ex: The Thong Song, Who Let the Dogs Out, and the Macarena. But in tis case it would be a whole class of song. And yes, Raggeaton sucks bad ass.
March 24, 200521 yr Author Not really. Its always been around, but not as much as it is right now. Plus, now theres a station devoted to Reggaeton. Also, Daddy Yankee is huge right now, and more artists are coming into the picture. Reggaeton will last a while. It may be annoying to you, but just as much as you hate it, someone loves it. Some people think rock, rap, oldies, whatever, is annoying.
