Accord
They said he's got a strained hamstring, but did they announce if he will he miss any additional time? I had to leave for about 30 minutes so i'm not sure if I missed any updates. Hopefully it's not serious and he won't be out for long. Ns2003
OH!! so that's why they took him out and put easley in :lol
TSwift25
I'd assume he won't start tomorrow, that way he gets two days off with Thursday an off day and tomorrow being a day game. I'm expecting him to be in the lineup on Friday in Shea...

Iowa
really hope he is ok.. Easley is a capabale backup tho
MarlinsChik305
Gonzo's defense will be missed if he is off for a bit. Easley is more than capable of replacing him.
MarlinsFanatic
It is for things like that this that I say it is nice to have a guy like Easley on the bench. There are a LOT of teams that would like to have a vet like Damion available to play ANY position on the field (except pitcher). He is INCREDIBLY valuable and I am glad he is a marlin. bman8316
The paper this morning said that he will be out today but back in the lineup on Friday.
QuickGold
Look forward to seeing Sea Bass on the field on Friday to beat the Mets senseless
MarlinsContinueTo ShowDomi
I'd keep him out of games as much as necessary, no need to rush him back into games if there is a risk it can become worse.
Wild Card
If he hits the DL... Josh Wilson?
SHUfishfan
It's early we can live a day or two without him, you don't want to risk him getting hurt any worse.
Boog Sciambi
gee people lets FLIP OUT. he'll be back friday or sat
MarlinsContinueTo ShowDomi
Even if Seabass were to sit out more games, Easley is more than capable as a replacement. He can hit and is adequate defensively.
