June 26, 200521 yr Awesome stuff, Congrats Big win Earlier this week if you told me we would take the first two games of this series and I saw that Leiter and Smith were scheduled to start I definitely would be skeptical, but the FO made the right move and brought up Scott. Hopefully we found our 5th starter for the rest of the year.

June 26, 200521 yr I was very impressed. What I liked the most was his poise after giving up hits without outs and bases loaded no out situation. The kid seems to be a gamer. His stuff looked very good as well.

June 26, 200521 yr Great way to introduce himself. Dealin' Dave must be a little miffed that he turned this guy down in an Urbina deal. Anyway, giving him the 5th starter spot may be a bit premature, but he is now a huge commodity on the trade market. Not to lessen what Olsen did, but Mota did get 6 consecutive outs (ummm, yeah), so sending Olsen back down to pad his minor league stats (if the sole purpose of this start was to give him an open audition to other teams) may not be a bad idea. However, if he stays with the big club for the rest of the year, I don't think I'll be disappointed.
