Shortstop Alex Gonzalez got snubbed again this afternoon when it was announced that Philadelphia's Jimmy Rollins and Billy Wagner were added to the All-Star team.

 

Rollins makes it as a replacement for Dodgers shortstop Cesar Isituris, while Wagner replaces Pedro Martinez

You know I think Carlos Delgado is the only guy who was in the MLB All Star Commercial and not announced to the game. He still has a chance, but its real unfortunare for Alex. Hes having a career year.

Ensberg or Delgado should have gotten the nod over Rollins.. I don't see why they need to have 3 shortstops

I dont think Alex is having an "all star season" per say

if he gets the all star team his price range will go up. Most likely out of our range to pay. So really not too bad to have him miss out.. Delgado perhaps for Lee if he cant go.

His price tag likely went too high for the Marlins when Rollins signed his extension with Philly.

Ensberg should have been chosen over Rollins.

A-Gon's batting average is pretty empty.
