Which is the best baseball game?

Slugfest!

I've got WSB for PS2 it's awesome, I'm addicted to that game. I've played ASB and it has the best franchise mode but I like WSB's gameplay a lot better. I've also played High Heat and that game blows.

High heat got the best gameplay.

But the only problem is that they ain't no celebration after a team wins the world series and the crowd cheers at the wrong moments.

How is WSB2k3 is there a big celebration after your team win the World Series.

I think it s a copy of how the angels celebrated...

Pretty much a bunch of people jumping ontop of eachother

The last one I bought was HH2003 for my PC. Its cool but I want to get a solid baseball game for my PS2 I'm just not sure which one. Somebody help me out.

All Star Baseball, but im not a fair judge cuz i've never played the others

Its two

"High Heat 2004" is a fairly good game. The Simulation of the gameplay is one of the big upsides along with the "Tuning Menu" which allows you to control the way the game is played. However like the comment posted by "WSFish" the crowd cheers at the wrong moments. For example:If you win the World Series you won't hear crowd reaction,Get a game winning homerun no reaction. Also horrible create-a-player.

Another plus side though is the "Farm System" it includes all three levels (A,AA,AAA) unlike "WS2k3" which includes only one level.

I like the "ESPN" layout of WS2k3....Unlike HH2004 the create-a-player is fantastic.

The graphics are also an improvment over HH2004(even though body sizes are a problem).

Only thing in HH that surpasses WS2k3 is the simulation gameplay.

However,IMO WS2k3 is better. :D

So MVP is pretty tight huh? I've been thinking about that one. Is ESPN doing a baseball game also? The ESPN football game looks pretty cool with the first person views and all.

Whats the diff between MVP and MLB? Both EA right?

The ESPN baseball game is World Series 2k3.

im in love with wsb 2k3. although ive been wanting to play mvp baseball

I have both WSB2K3 and All Star Baseball 2004 and I'd say WSB2K3 is better. I've always been a huge fan of Sega Sports games. However, All Star Baseball 2004 does have a rad scenario mode and one of the scenarios involves a guy you might know called "luis castillo" and he had this little thing called a "35 game hitting streak" and you have to keep it alive.
