August 4, 200521 yr After going 0-2 so far today he's down to .355. I think it's time or close to time we can quit talkin about Triple Crown? He's got 2 RBI's since July 23rd and no HR's since then. He's scored just 5 runs too.

When it is all said and done I think Puljos will get MVP, Lee will get second and Clemens and Cabrera will get some votes too. A Jones for HR Champ Cabrera for BA champ Puljos for RBI champ Pierrre for Steals Clemens for CY (his road era is absolutely sickening)

Nobody was won it since Yaz in I think 1967 and nobody has won it in the NL since the 30's...

If the triple crown will ever be won, it almost has to be this year because Cabrera, Lee and Pujols don't have to deal with a guy who may have 210 hits, but more than half are infield singles. However, if St. Louis' new park plays small, Pujols may have a serious chance to challenge for this.
