February 7, 200620 yr Yeah, I'm pretty sure she's not going to still be with Chase. I also thought last night's episode was pretty dull.
February 7, 200620 yr Yeah, I thought it was a lame episode. I realize they can't have non-stop action all the time, but I was still disappointed. Having the Russian sex slave girl somehow be able to get a hold of a gun and shoot Rossler was absurb. Cummings suicide was semi-surprising (though I wouldn't be shocked if he was killed and set up to make it look like a suicide), and it'll be good to see Mike Novick back in a big role. I like his character, even if he is kind of a douchebag.
February 7, 200620 yr Author they are still together I would pretty much guarentee it. I'll bet you anything on this Earth they aren't I agree, I don't think they are. But I am expecting Kim to come with Emily, be pregant, or recent widow.
February 7, 200620 yr Cummings had every reason to end his life, he admitted to aiding a terrorist organization, and helping with the assassination of a former president. He was at least going to jail for the rest of his life, if not receiving the death penalty. I'm about 95% sure that Kim has a new love interest. I hope that they at least explain what happened between her and Chase.
February 7, 200620 yr Samwise's sister is a dumb character. I guess it's not as bad as the retard daughter two seasons ago.
February 7, 200620 yr Author Samwise's sister is a dumb character. I guess it's not as bad as the retard daughter two seasons ago. If you are talking about Driscoll's daughter, that was season 4. Why does the Head of CTU always have a kookoo family member? George Mason's son Erin Driscoll's daughter Lynne McGill's sister
February 7, 200620 yr Mason's son wasn't crazy - they were just estranged. And if we're talking about crazy family members of CTU employees, how can we forget Kim Bauer? Or even Michelle's brother in season 2? It's become a pretty lame way to try and "personalize" the characters. It was fun at first, but now it's gotten old. Hopefully they don't spring some long lost family member on Buchanon anytime soon. Cummings had every reason to end his life, he admitted to aiding a terrorist organization, and helping with the assassination of a former president. He was at least going to jail for the rest of his life, if not receiving the death penalty. With the way Logan and Novick were originally talking (before FLOTUS butted in), a cover up wasn't out of the question. Logan caves rather easily, so if there seemed to be support for it among other government members there's at least a chance Cummings could have gotten off. After all, he was a patriot. :plain
February 7, 200620 yr Author forgot Michelle brother (what a loon). I honestly think Buchanan will die/get fired/resign this season. To me, his character doesn't have the "it" factor.
February 7, 200620 yr I like Buchanon the best out of any CTU director they've had, because he doesn't get caught up in the bulls*** that normally goes on there. He just goes in and does his job to the best of his ability, whether that means being a protocol freak or occassionally going against orders. I loved Mason's snarkiness, but I like Buchanon overall as the CTU head much better. All of this leads me to agree with you that at some point this season he'll die or be fired.
February 8, 200620 yr I don't really have a problem with Buchanan. Just as a side note, I think Chappelle's death was one of the best written parts of the entire series so far.
February 8, 200620 yr Author What was the first most shocking moment of '24'? It has to be Nina's faked death where Jack shot her and she fell off a cliff. Nina was my favorite character at the time and I remember shedding a tear or two when she died. Then came Tony and said something about the jacket and right away before they cut to Nina I knew this show was the sh*t.
February 8, 200620 yr What was the first most shocking moment of '24'? A black guy was elected president. :o

When it was revealed that Alan York (Kim's friend's supposed Dad) was really Kevin Carroll, the guy working with Gaines and the Drazens.

February 8, 200620 yr Author For those who like Dennis Haysbert. His new Action Drama show will start on March 7th. It's called 'The Unit'.
February 14, 200620 yr New episode tonight at 9/8 central. On March 6, there's also a doubleheader episode, with 5.11 and 5.12 being shown back to back.
February 14, 200620 yr On March 6, there's also a doubleheader episode, with 5.11 and 5.12 being shown back to back. Does that mean they're taking a week off or something? I thought they weren't going to do that.
February 14, 200620 yr No, they just started a week later than they were supposed to this year (because they wanted to lead in after the Divisional playoff game), so they're doing it this way. Originally the two night, four episode premiere was going to be January 8th, not the 15th, but they pushed it back because of the playoff game. The finale is also a one night, two episode deal.
February 14, 200620 yr Tonight marks the return of Kim. No telling what her presence may bring, but one thing you can count on is trouble.
February 14, 200620 yr Tonight marks the return of Kim. No telling what her presence may bring, but one thing you can count on is trouble. There's no Kim tonight.
February 14, 200620 yr anybody else think that mrs. Logan could have killed Cummings? No, because that's what they want you to think.
February 14, 200620 yr I've been hearing people rave about this show for awhile now, I finally watched the episode tonight; needless to say, I'm officially hooked.
February 14, 200620 yr Tonight marks the return of Kim. No telling what her presence may bring, but one thing you can count on is trouble. There's no Kim tonight. Really? I'm not watching til later but USAToday said she was coming back tonight. Edit: Er...maybe that article was put together in the most confusing manner possible, and they meant that she was returning in the future. This, in particular, is misleading: "It's official. The magnet for mishaps is returning to 24 (tonight, 9 ET/PT)." Evidently, they meant that 24 was on tonight at 9...not that Kim was returning tonight at 9.
