I think that's a rap, we hit it on the nose, Hanley will play SS.

If Hanley had mediocre defense, then yeah go ahead and move him, but he is an absolute defensive stud at SS and he's going to be a perrenial gold glover.

If Andino had torn s*** up in his brief stint last year and his AFL season, then I could have seen Hanley in CF.

 

However, with Andino's semi-recent play, he doesn't seem to be nearly as viable an option at SS in the near future (I know Pokey/Amezaga could hold down SS for the beginning of the year, but I'm thinking longer term). Partially because of Andino's struggles (and partially because Hanley's a better prospect overall), HanRam needs to be penciled in as the SS of the future for the time being and not mess around in CF. Deal with finding a CF of the future elsewhere.

Get the f*** out of here with that crap. Who the hell plays short-stop then? It's foolish to create a hole at a premium defensive postion when it's being filled with a plus-defender like Hanley.

Andino is a utility player at best right now Hanley is our starting SS...Reed will be our starting CF
