Passed Ball. Cabs Scores.

5-2 Marlins

JP Lines out to Left to end the inning.

what a great inning by the Fish. Penny can get the win tonight! Plus I feel much better going into the 9th with Looper having a 3-run lead.

Anybody else see Urbina wearing the untucked jersey? lol.

5-2. Still a save situation, so I don't see anyone being hit tonight. But someone will be hit next series, guarenteed.

Can you believe FOUR Marlins have been hit in this series?

Top of the 9th!. 5-2 Marlins. Spo's Batting.

Braden "Only good in Clutch Situations" Looper Pitching

Orlando Cabrera Grounds out to SS.

Vladdy Guerrero Up to the Plate.

how about the job by the bench tonight?

Hollandsworth with a big pinch hit starts the game-tying rally.

Harris with a huge pinch hit to knock in a run in the 8th.

Mordy gets the start off the bench today with a good game & RBI.

Gerald Williams pinch running steals a base.

Vlad Pops it out to Pudge!!!!!!! 2 outs.

I'd rather have a closer that always gets it done when you need it most and screws up (but not enough) in games when you have a huge lead, than a guy that can protect a huge lead, but always screws up in the clutch.

BTW: Looks like a small crowd, sounds like a huge one.

Looper K's Him

Game Over!

Marlins Win

Marlins win and SWEEP the Expos!!!

First place in the wild card race baby!

First 4-game sweep since 1996!

everything great! Great pitching from Penny, great fundamental baseball & baserunning, terrific contributions off the bench today, great job by Urbina & Looper. Solid, solid win.

That folks, is the type of game playoff teams win.

That's what you get with a vet bench.

BTW: Looper's only two non-fastball pitches, 90 and 91 MPH sliders to K Cordero. WOW.

Marlins get a 4 game sweep for the first time since 96'. Marlins gain a 1 game lead on the Phillies. Mr. Marlin makes his return.

Braden "Only good in Clutch Situations" Looper Pitching

with what we've seen from the Boston & Philly bullpens lately, I'll take Looper and Urbina, thank you very much. :cool

Huge win, and huge sweep.

The front 6 in our lineup hit very well. The guys off the bench were huge. Great pitching all around. I'd just like to see Cabrera and Sea Bass contribute and we'll be set
