May 24, 200619 yr I agree with what Girardi said that Olsen can be a lot better than what he's shown. He's got some maturing to do but we've been there before, haven't we? :thumbup

May 24, 200619 yr Sounded like Olsen was upset about getting 7 warm up pitches, instead of 8.  I can't believe a major league pitcher would let something like this bother him enough to upset his focus. It probably has something to do with habit or superstition rather than actually getting warmed up. One pitch is not going to make a big difference.  If this is true, I can see why Olsen has some growing up to do.
