Best Marlins Homers on BBTN

Featured Replies

IMO...

1) Sea Bass in the WS

2) Devo in the '97 NLDS

3) Mike Lowell in 2003 NLCS

1) Miggy's walk off in his debut, 6/20/03

2) Alou in game 5 of '97 WS

3) Alex's walk off in game 4 of '03 WS

meh

Jeez was that call by Joe buck pathetic its almost as if they played the audio as a joke.

3.Cabrera 1st

2.Alou game 5 WS

1.Alex Gonzalez walk off WS homer

I don't get the Alou one.

I might've gone with Lowell's home run against the Cubs in game 1 of the NLCS, Miggy's HR against The Rocket in the World Series, or Bobby Bo's homer in Game 7 of the World Series.

They just played it because Hershiser gave it up.

I was looking for Lowell's HR in Boston during the Saturday night game in 2003 after being humiliated on national tv the night before. One of the turning points in the WS summer run.

But who can argue with some of the other choices?

1) Miggy's walk off in his debut, 6/20/03

2) Alou in game 5 of '97 WS

3) Alex's walk off in game 4 of '03 WS

So Sea Bass' walk off HR in extra innings, against the unbeatable Yankees, that turned the entire World Series around where the Marlins would have lost if they didn't win that game, is out weighed by Miguel Cabrera's debut in a random game in June.

Are they stupid?

That home run is 1, 2, and 3.

Flip the order. They counted down in reverse order. (3. Miggy. 2. Alou. 1. A-Gon)

I hope they show Andres Galaragga's shot against us in Joe Robbie as one of the Rockie's selections. That is still one of my favorite home runs of all time, the furthest I've ever seen a ball hit.

Thank god that kid made a typo. It's not even close. Hell, Conines HR in the all star game might be more "important" than the Cabrera one.

I don't agree with the Cabrera pick, but his HR os certainly one I won't forget. Much more important than Mr. Marlin in the All-Star game.
