Needs: 3B, C

What chips do we have left to trade for a 3B or C. All I can think of Is Kevin Gregg, Lee Gardener, and Justin Miller. Can we really start the season with Treanor/Rabelo at C and someonelike Boone at 3b? If we are going young, we might as well do it right!

Its Rabelo not Raburn and he's going to get a chance to start and 3b will be filled by someone like Marte or D'Antonna.

A couple of the pitching prospects we got from Detroit could be included in a swap for a C or 3B.

Andino has to go somewhere in that infield, Gonzalez loves him.

P.S The Jays are looking to offer LoDuca no more than 2 mil. to be the backup catcher.

Marlins will sign a catcher... BOOK IT!

Who's left? And what's our payroll now?

You guys will think am crazy but I kinda want to go with Rabelo. But if we sign a catcher it'll prob be Paul LoDuca since they now are in desperate need of a household name.

Barrett, D. Miller, Rod Barajas, LoDuca, Possibly Olivo again

Bring in Barrett!!

ESPN said the Padres offered him arbitration, so the team that signs him will have to give up a #2 pick, and the Marlins probably aren't willing to do that.

exactly. plus, he is expected to take the offer.

Exactly, plus he gargles ba!!s ! He's not worth a 2 pick.

Scott Seabol maybe the man at 3rd until Dominguez is ready. He had a good year at AAA and has power and major league experience.

I think Scott Seabol is on his way to Asia

We filled our need at CF, but in the process we left a gap at 3B. This makes no sense at all to me.

Much easier to fill a cap at 3rd than CF.
