I think Ross might be setting himself up to be the #2 guy in the BO if he keeps playing well. Great speed and is starting to hit well.

Eh at Cody in the two spot. He is the prototypical middle of the order guy, doesn't get on base alot but hits a good number of extra base hits. You don't want him trying to get on base (and failing) to be driven in by your 3-4-5 guy, you want him to be the guy driving in those 3-4-5 guys.

the way it stands now Cody is fits the role of a #2 hitter than Herm... though that isnt saying much, I happen to think Cody will find himself in that spot sometime later in the season if he keeps getting on base consistently.
