That all depends.

A good located fastball with some movement is as good as any other "nasty" pitch there is.

 

It really all depends on the opposing lineup.

For example, since the Marlins lineup is mostly aggressive, and HR happy, a changeup keeps them off balance...so it would be a changeup, in this case.
