Baker with a bloop single.

:bases_firstbase 0 outs. Chris Volstad up.

Sac bunt for Volstad.

:bases_secondbase 1 out. Hanley up.

Immature kid...was swinging for the fences again since he hit one out before.

He hit the ball to the right side...and I'm pretty sure he wasn't late on Petit's pitch either.

Okay.

Who would have thought that the offense would just completely die in the second half? Everyone pretty much thought to themselves that if this team had any sort of pitching, they could go on a run. And now we have the pitching, the offense stalls like a broken car. Its just odd how virtually everyone in the line up is slumping. You don't see that very often.

Hanley, Ross, and Baker have been pretty solid lately from what I've seen. I could be wrong though.

One of these days, if I feel like it, I'll tell you about things like cutting down your swing, rather than taking a huge HR cut. Mature hitters do that when they realize that a base hit is ok too. ESPECIALLY when Petit is pitching him outside ANYWAY (being that Hanley took him deep to left earlier). See, when you try to pull an outside pitch like that, you end up popping it up..to THE RIGHT SIDE. But hey, you go ahead and believe what you want, Magnus ok?

Are you gonna grow a mustache and sit him on your lap?

This move makes no sense, Fredi.

Volstad's at 87 pitches, and Clark has been better hitting right-handed this year.

Well, I guess Fredi's hoping for a DP, because Hendrickson is not a strike out pitcher.
