And you also have to look at the fact that he is off of major shoulder surgery. Nobody should have expected him to come in and pitch the way he did in 2006.

Anibal didn't even have great stuff before the torn labrum. He's always been the type of pitcher who relies heavily on control, and when he doesn't have it...he gets rocked.
