September 28, 200818 yr TBS just gave a fairly interesting stat about Uggla....most of his hitting statistics are off of bad pitching. Pretty much what I expected. He feasts on bad pitchers and disappears versus anyone who is decent or above decent. What do: Ted Lilly Bronson Arroyo Greg Maddux Rich Harden Jason Marquis Brandon Webb Chris Young Jeff Suppan Brett Myers Mike Pelfrey Matt Capps Pedro Martinez Tom Glavin Billy Wagner Jose Valverde John Smoltz have in common? All are "above average" pitchers and get hit by Uggla to a .800 OPS. you should apply for the marlins stats job.
September 28, 200818 yr My believe on stats are you can always find some to back up your argument no matter which side your on.

September 28, 200818 yr The Dodger's FO has shown the exact opposite, actually. Well they seem to like Kemp and Eithier in the OF, along with Manny currently in left, but we know he will most likely be gone. Pierre will be gone, so i do not seem them getting rid of another OF'er for Uggla, although they do need a replacement for the aging Jeff Kent Why would the Dodgers trade Kemp? They have Dewitt who has a very bright future and Hu who looks to be a good player

September 28, 200818 yr I'd love to see what the Giants would offer up for Uggla. The need a power bat, have a ton of young pitching, and they also have two young talented catchers in Posey and Sandoval. I wouldn't mind a package centered around Tim Alderson for Uggla.

September 28, 200818 yr I dont care if Jacobs is traded but Uggla needs to stay. I don't think Andino is ready nor do I think he is better than Uggla.

September 28, 200818 yr I also want uggla back. I know we need to cut down on the k's but one guy who k's and is durable and hits bombs cant hurt he also is good with guys on.
September 28, 200818 yr eh, i am really not all that confident in Coughlen, but this is our chance to sell Uggla at his highest point.
