December 19, 200817 yr I third the BK fragrance. Nothing says 'I love you' more than the scent of flame broiled beef.

December 19, 200817 yr Go to Jared. he went to Jared. Like people said just take her to dinner and maybe do something else but do something small. I know with my current girlfriend I found this little coin thing and it said one free backrub so I put that in a cute box and then took her out to dinner. IDK if they have the store were you are but stores like Oop! have good stuff like that. Going to the Broward and Ventura malls I do not remember seeing it but they have those kind of stores where you can get a little thing.
December 19, 200817 yr Yes, it's only been a month. Don't go overboard or you'll have quite a lot to live up to. A nice dinner & maybe some flowers will do very nicely.
December 19, 200817 yr I agree with Yenta... Dinner and some Flowers! And Btw... Tomorrow is my bday not hers! Ill take a dinner if she doesnt!

I just feel like it is corny. For dances they seem okay, but it always reminds me of something I give my grandmother for easter. I usually avoid the flowers.

December 21, 200817 yr Yes, it's only been a month. Don't go overboard or you'll have quite a lot to live up to. A nice dinner & maybe some flowers will do very nicely. This. Extremely important. I just got engaged and I'm crazy about mine, but I struck out in that regard and have a $225 camera as the birthday precedent and one Chanukah gift for each nite - and it's really tough! Also, I think it's important to know how old you guys are. But if you think she likes flowers, you can buy from those guys on the street for $5 and they are nice, so it won't be crazy money. But my instincts + experiences say they remember the greatest from the following list and that becomes the expectation: money, quantity, or quality. So even though I guess I'm chiming in after the fact, I think build-a-bear is nice, and then do whatever you'd normally do on a saturday night with her.

December 21, 200817 yr Author Red Lobster dinner where she can order w/e she likes and flowers and or/ chocalates and or/both and if your rich a movie too and possibly a corvett I wish. I changed my mind last minute and got her a purse and flowers and called it a day. I told her it was hard finding a gift if you dont like it the receipt is there and we can both go. Thankfully she liked it.

Thankfully she liked it. Wow! Buying a purse for a woman takes guts. Most of us prefer to find our own. But, if it worked for you, then it's all good. Keep things in perspective. The Holidays are right around the corner - don't set the bar so high for the Christmas/Hanukkah gift, she'll think you a miser when it comes to another occasion.
