this game to put behind them their was not good pitching but most run were because of error that will be issue for spring games it was not well play game bad thing we saw it on tv :chair

In a game like this, the only particularly relevant pitching performances to look at are Volstad and Lindstrom cos they are the ones that are gonna be with the team in April.

Could make a case for VandenHurk but certainly not based on his stat line from today.

Pathetic :banghead Really bad effort so far this year. Not getting a good vibe as to how this is going to go. Yes its the 2nd Spring Training game, but for two days in a row, its been lackluster to say the least.

I think we have to accept, they are what they are, and you can't make decent fielders of guys who just can't play defense. That is going to be their downfall once again. :banghead

I'm not too worried about the defense, IMO we will get better as time goes by. If you look at the box scores from other games you will see that mostly every team are comiting a ton of errors. Could be just getting used to the weather again or just rust from not playing in months. We have a playoff team, even if is not showing at this moment. So again, I'm not worried at all.
