I skipped my workout today just to watch the CC and BC show.

Looks like ill have to commit suicide tomorrow with a schedule that includes:

• Mowing the lawn
  
• Plyometrics
  
• Shoulders and Arms
  

 

I dont expect a win today and Chuck will get the day off.

 

 

Why the hell not, it's decent pitcher vs decent pitcher who has problems past the 5th inning.

 

If we can hit Kershaw then we should be able to mash Kuroda.

 

 

 

We didn't really hit Kershaw yesterday. He had a quality start, and the only really hard hit ball of significance was Wes Helms double.

We hit Kershaw a bunch, we just weren't able to get the "big hit" off him.

Brewers are up 2-0 over the Braves in the 8th and the Mets are killing the Astros 9-1 which is good for us since Houston is above us in the WC chase.

Btw, Kuroda is a good pitcher. He's struggled lately, but his MLB career is one with a 3.97 ERA and a 1.21 WHIP. We're going to have to hit him b/c he doesn't walk too many people.

I wagered on the Marlins last night and did well, very well. The size of my wager was based a small bit on the Chuck factor. I'm wagering on them again tonite. They are +160, which means you win 160 for every 100 you risk. On the other hand if you like the Dodgers you have to put up 175 to win 100. The bookies make their money on that spread betwwen 175 and 160.

Anyway, to make a long story short, I owe you a beer...maybe a small brewery. Especially if the Marlins win again tonite.
