Boise State didn't even lose, but they get bumped out of the Top 5 by a one-loss team. We would expect nothing more from the biased sportswriters. In the meantime, South Florida is trying to prove they can be a lasting power in the post-Grothe era. ( :mischief )

Biiiiiig game for the Hawks. Tough 3 game stretch of Michigan at home then Wisconsin and Michigan State on the road. All very tough but winnable games.

I hope we take it to them. I think the defense forces a few turnovers and I think we'll be more than able to move the ball. Can't wait... i'll be there!

Also, Northern Iowa looks to continue to roll. Have outscored opponents 193-21 since my hawks squeeked out a win over them in week 1.

fun little map of AP top 25 teams I made (sorry for helmets not all being the same size). It is interesting to see on map where most of these schools are located.

Texas is too low. It looks like it's on San Antonio. It should be about 1/3 between where it is now and TCU's icon.

Sorry, feel nitpicky. :p

i already deleted all the helmets so it will get changed next week :D

I am sure its not the only one out of place. I tried to place them as close as possible (without spending too much time)

FIU will get their first win on the season.

Hopefully, our offense has looked pretty good the last couple of games but our defense has been horrendous.

They probably should of won last week too, but the defense was sloppy. I really thought they were going to have a turn around season and a shot at a minor bowl game this year. I think they blew it at the end last year against FAU and I think if they won that game they would of gotten the bowl bid FAU received.

Gross... you put us where Iowa state should be! ;)

7th row, 40 yard line behind Iowa bench for tomorrow nights big iowa-michigan game. Gonna be a frickin drunk fest! Can't wait!

I don't even want to talk about FSU at this point. The team is a mess from the management down to the on-field play. We're almost certainly going to lose this weekend, barring some kind of miraculous collapse by Georgia Tech.

FSU has the defense to stop the option, I do not think they will, but if they follow assignments and do not attack too much they can control that offense. The problem is jumping on the option---hold your gap and spot and it can be contained.

UF's first real game of the season and they might have to do it without Tebow, that's a shame.

auburn's ranking is about to go poof

UM is not on TV today?

nope but it is on FAMU's website

It is on ESPN360.com I believe.

Great KU vs. ISU game.

Just be thankful that they aren't a passing offense.

Finally the Canes get to play an Unranked team and they are giving the Fans something to cheer about being up 24 to 3 with 11 Minutes left in the 2nd quarter.

I'm hoping to be up by at least 38 by the 3rd quarter so we can put in the reserves for the entire 4th quarter.

UF won, works for me.

I didn't see the game, but I saw that they only scored 13. Tebow still showing some effects or just great defense?

I don't think Bobby B is going to be the Seminoles head coach next season the way they have been playing.

Combination of Tebow being limited and conservative play calling. Florida's D controlled the game, allowing Florida to run often.

Yeah, it was pretty much all short runs, and a the play strategy seemed to be to protect Tebow, not do too much with him. They let him get hit and make a few runs closer to the half way mark, but really the Florida playcalling kept the ball out of Tebows hands for much of the game, so his hits were comparatively light and far inbetween. If the game had been closer, they may have had Tebow go all out, but the 3-13 score doesn't really give you a good idea of just how much this game was really lopsided. The Florida D shut down the LSU O, and the Florida O just ran out the clock. Honestly, after about the second half, I didn't feel that it was much of a game...maybe if that TD pass drew the flag, but even then...

I'm speechless after yesterday's game.

guess I was wrong about FSU, They had a horrible time with the option. If they could of got one stop they would of won that game though.

I think it was mostly the play calling. Tebow seemed alright when he was running.
