April 9, 201016 yr Just like to point out, no walks tonight. *CLAPS* To be fair, Nunez doesn't walk as many guys as he did last night. He just gives up the long ball, and he came close tonight... Nice win. Robertson did well, and Hopper did great.
April 9, 201016 yr You could make the case for any of these guys to be FOTG... but coming off of the atrocity last night, the bullpen definitely gets my vote. Hopper came up huge and Nunez got big-time redemption.

April 9, 201016 yr definitely badenhop. there are only 3 people in our bullpen that i slighly trust: nunez, meyer, and badenhop. we really need to pick up a realiable reliever from a team even if would cost 2 million or something because we need to fill that void. veras, pinto, and even hensley scare the crap out of me when they're brought into the game
April 9, 201016 yr what a delight to see Hopper go in there and throw strikes I gave it to Maybin though. Was nice to see him get a couple of singles into right field and set the table. Also drew a walk, made some nice defensive plays and didn't K! Great job Cam!
April 9, 201016 yr will Nunez close after closing two game during home series??? specially friday and saturday I doubt it, and definitely not on Friday. I don't understand why we don't see Dan Meyer in a spot like the 9th inning tonight. Fredi really seems to not trust him.
April 9, 201016 yr Robertson was solid... I started watching in the 3rd inning and was surprised we were actually winning forgetting we had picked him up in a trade. Robertson won't win all his starts but I am confident he is going to have a decent year. Bullpen was superb, that being said I felt a little calmer knowing Badenhop was coming in instead of one of the young guys who I had never heard of, his stuff was amazing tonight. Seeing Nunez in the 9th had me saying "Oh No!" and a few mistake pitches he got away with that could have been taken out of the park. (First two hitters) Nice pitch to end the game. As for the hitters I was thinking during the game how nice it is to see Sanchez and Maybin making strides and while neither are really there defensively I know that will come in time. Coghlan had a hit and could of had two but I felt he was rushing his swings tonight, I would like to see him go back to patient hitting like all of last year, it's early and i know his BA will rise. After 3 games I am happy to see the team take 2 of 3 on the road. Looking forward to seeing what Volstad has this year.

April 9, 201016 yr Robertson pitched a good game, but I opted for Badenhop/Bullpen in the poll. Would of said Nate if he had pitched 1 more inning. Zero walks is huge and hopefully the other guys start to follow suit.
April 9, 201016 yr I voted for Nate, just because we didn't know what to expect from him, and he performed solidly, if not spectacular. Bullpen (Hopper) was a close second though.
