I've played both the Show and 2k series and my oh my has 2k taken a step backwards. I owned 2k7 and 2k8 (which was my last 2k game) and since then I've bought The Show. Go with MLB The Show '10 Edit: However If you're into the arcade style/flashy games go with The Bigs
May 7, 201016 yr 2k7 was the biggest joke of a baseball game ever. Talk about too easy to pitch... or too hard to hit... either or. MVP Baseball 05 for PS2 was the best. Probably The Show now.
May 8, 201016 yr I haven't gotten The Show '10, but does any1 know if there is a Rich and Tommy track like the past years? Gotta love those.

May 11, 201016 yr Nope no marlins at all in this year's edition and the YES YES YES thing your referring to is the White Sox Announcers when Buerhle threw his No-Hitter.

Yea its definitely The Show by far. I'm no longer a big gamer anymore just cause im an old man now... but I make time to play this game often. If youre a serious baseball fan with any bit of gamer in you, you have to play this. I love tying it to reality a bit... like the next time I play, I'm gonna play Dallas Braden vs the Rays, just to see what I can do in comparison. The realism in this game allows you to do things like that, and I love it. Get it... and enjoy it.
