Hammerhead
For me, it has got to be the Rays. Lose: Jason Bartlett, Carlos Pena, Carl Crawford, Brad Hawpe, Rafael Soriano, Matt Garza, Grant Balfour, Lance Cormier. Get: Johnny Damon, Manny Ramirez, Kyle Farnsworth, Felipe Lopez, Casey Kotchman. :|

Dr Beinfest
Yanks ? They're basically bringing back the same team. Well... for the Yankees it was one of the worst in a while. For the Yankees. Couldn't buy the whole FA market this time again.

Erick
Jayson Werth ~$18mil / year for 7 years. Vernon Wells making 23 million this year (5 mill being paid by the Blue Jays), and then 21 million for the 3 years after next is by far the worst. The Angels actually traded for that contract as well to make it even more laughable. My brother always told me that Tony Reagins knew nothing about baseball; I guess I believe him now. The Angels have a shot at a playoff spot, though. (not saying the contract isn't atrocious) The Nats have a shot at 4th place in their division. Puma
Yankees. The plan was to sign Cliff Lee and convince Andy Pettitte not to retire, and instead they ended up with Freddy Garcia and Bartolo Colon. Epic Failure.
