International draft

Featured Replies

today international draft starts.

Kansas city signed Elier Hernandez in 3.05mil

Seatle signed Helsin Martinez in 2mil

Texas singed Nomar Mazara in 5mil

Deroit singed Adelin Santa in 0.75mil

we will sign international draftee?

since we caught miguel cabrera, we don't give big bonus to international draftee.

Front office is really cheap...

I am sick....

I think you mean international signing day. There's no international draft.

Exactly, its the first day of international signings. The Marlins really haven't done so well in international signings since they replaced Fred Ferreira. I agree Loria hasn't done enough in this department.

The Marlins built up the team with the signings of Castillo, Renteria, Alex Gonzalez and Heredia. There were others too, those just are off the top of my head.

I have stated before the Marlins do not get into bidding wars in signing international players

However it would have been nice to hear they made a move or 2...NOTHING!

Oh well I hope we utilized our scouting resources well and we hit a few homeruns in the Entry draft

Fernandez or someone else better be darn good
