I just love how the marlins show up at home in such a big series. Had to squeak one out last night.

As I tell everybody when I talk about this. Other stars like pujols, cano, Cabrera, konerko, Hamilton who are the key cogs of their team come through in those game changing big situations (not just runners on) maybe 5-6 times out of 10. Hanley, who is supposed to be our key guy, comes through like wat 2-3 times out of 10 max.

If anything, I have noticed he's working on that swing. His leg kick is a lot shorter these last couple days, so the adjustment period is coming.

 

I was referring to his arms - too much movement - a shorter compact arm swing might help him - otherwise he is late on pitches he should crush

And he has cost us about 6 games. I don't care about numbers but that puts us 2 back with a team still struggling.

Dude it doesn't matter who we play. We struggle to score no matter who's pitching. As always we had plenty of opportunities early on but as always never capitalize.

Yeah, without Heath Bell's f***-ups, this team would be a few games behind the Nats even with terrible hitting... we'd definitely be buyers then to make improvements... Heath Bell was the domino that put all the pieces in motion and created the final outcome
