August 1, 201213 yr Sometimes I just missed the season of 2006. That time, Fish was sneered at every team and analysts that we would be recorded 100-lost team. Even though we couldn't spend lots of money, but I saw some hope and bright future. Now we became the team with 100M payroll, but it seems terrible than 2006.

August 1, 201213 yr Turned on the game and my first reaction was "No! Not Nolasco!"... Uch, wish we could have traded him... Traded him for whom? His ERA was almost 5.00 before the trade deadline, and after tonight it is just shy of the 5.00 mark. I'm afraid we will be seeing Nolasco for some time to come. Same with Buck, we owe both of them far more money than their performance suggests they should be making, and no one will take them off our hands unless we agree to cover their entire salary. At this point it is probably better to let them finish their contracts while we wait for the young talents in the farm to finish developing to the point that they can step in.
August 1, 201213 yr I'd be much more enthused about Marlins baseball in 2013 if they didn't have the contracts of Buck, Bell, and LOLasco on the books. Otherwise I could tolerate the youthful uncertainty and inconsistencies that are certain to come.
