Is Capps wearing a Mariners shirt today?

Must also feel pretty awesome to get paid $500k+ for 6 months of work

Wow, he plays baseball for a living and only makes 500k. What a GRINDER!

To be fair, playing for the Marlins is a little embarrassing. Can't blame him if he's meeting strangers if he says, "I play for the Mar-*mumble*" and then they see his shirt and assume it is the Mariners. He's not lying, he's just controlling the truth.

Arb 1 next year so he's good to make a cool mil or 2.

Cool million, maybe $100-200k less. Injury going to cost him double that in what he would have made with another 25 dominating innings.

The majors is the majors. I would be proud as shit to play for any crap team.

Once you prove that you belong in the majors, it's totally expected that you'd be embarrassed to be a part of the dumpster fire in Miami.
