Who else is up for arby?

I don't know Admin but I can sure have some Taco Bell right about now *bang zip blam boop*

Who else is up for arby?

Jose, Dee, Hech, Koehler, Alvarez, Capps, Ramos, Morris, Phelps, Crow, D. Solano, Narveson

That's a pretty hefty group of names there... the majority of which will be here next year so that's plenty of money right there.

Maybe we will get david Murphy for the bench

Nope.  Keep Ozuna.

Finally the guy who really gets me is back! Welcome (again) Arpen!

On Cespedes... Frisaro is saying he's paying no attention to him because his sources have told him there's no interest there.

And then we have people on here claiming Loria is "obsessed" with acquiring Cespedes.

For how close to the loop he is, it's amazing how out of the loop Frisaro actually is at times.

I think there will be a double turn on opening day. Loris turns face. Scoop turns heel.

all about dem RBIs

Good enough for me. But culture of losing says he will be injured most of his time here, so i pass.

My culture of winners on the marlins are gordon (good presence, batting champ), yelich (consistant) and stanton (power, starred in two commericials).

VINCE SAID SOMETHING POSITIVE ABOUT STANTON!!!!!!

Bazinga.

I still think trading Ozuna (and maybe a prospect) for a decent Major league pitcher and paying for cespedes is better than keeping Ozuna and not spending at all.  For one, even Cespedes worst year is essentially Ozuna's 14' season, which is pretty much his ceiling, except cespedes has done it consistently and Ozuna is a roller coaster. Second, forget numbers for a second, you can't discount the positive effect bringing in a high profile free agent has on the rest of the team.  You bring in a guy who was just there (the playoffs), who is hungry and aggressive; that's the kind of guy we need right now. It's not like 2012.  Yeah, Bell was a piece of crap, but Reyes and Buehrle were DEFINITELY not the problem. If anything, our spree re-energized the team and the city. The problem was we had below replacement level production at catcher (buck), leftfield (Morrison), first base (Gaby), and a cancerous, non-productive third baseman who was bringing down the whole clubhouse (to say nothing of a rotation that included the shell of Carlos Zambrano...). This could be to our organization what the Jayson Werth Signing was to the Nats.  A small but significant move in the right direction, just in time for a possible a New tv Deal.  I say fuck it, silence the old bastards outside of Sedano's and open your wallet.

Morse was 2014 world series champion and then came here. He even got the game winning hit. HOW THE FUCK DID THAT TURN OUT HERE?!?!?!?!?!

lol come on dude.  The first thing the announcers said after he hit the home run was essentially "aw, good for him, he's been shit so far".  Cespedes has a track record, Morse never repeated the success he had that one year in Washington.

Edit: Plus, I never said sign him BECAUSE he was in the playoffs, but his style of play, track record, and recent success are all positives.

Here's what I got for you as of today, subject to change

Jose, Dee, Hech, Koehler,Capps,Ramos,Morris,Phelps will all be tendered

Hendy, Solano, Narveson maybe

Crow VERY unlikely he is tendered

He didnt hit a game winning home run in game 7. It was a base hit to right field. Cespedes is a good player. After all i was there when he hit his first mets homer.

Ramos and Morris may be traded, Koehler could be but is less likely. All 3 are worth tendering because they'd be lost for nothing otherwise

Hendy isn't going to be able to pitch until AT LEAST May and team is considering allocating dollars better
