Fangraphs Team Ownership Opinion Poll

Featured Replies

so far they have 1.12% voted as very good

I literally laughed so hard in my office at work that people came to check on me!  85% Very Bad!  Only the Mets came close with 60% Very bad and their ownership is in Bankruptcy.  Holy Shit!  Its hilarious!

Why shoudnt they?  The other 29 teams don't have to worry about competition from the Marlins, that's true. But their owners have to pay Loria competitive balance money, which is money their owners can't spend on their own team.

Btw, I only voted "very bad" because there was no option for "catastrophic."

Loria finally got a perfect reason to sell this team.

What are you talking about?! He is at home right now stroking his ghoulish prick looking at these numbers.

I was gonna make a comment that if the polls were somehow exclusively limited to fans of each team voting for each ownership, you would be shocked at how many fans consider their ownership "very bad"... but then I realized that even if most teams actually got "very bad" our ownership would still probably have the highest percentage of "very bad" votes, making my original point moot.

Baseball is clearly a business whether we like it or not. But Loria runs the Marlins like a Wal-Mart. Low pay, no loyalty. When u get too expensive they cut you. Im curious to find out what travel arrangements our team even uses to go city to city. This team is a joke, and its all because of the owner.
