but how you let team lose two time very bad team

Because it's a losing culture. How else can it be anything different? The Phillies would have beaten Atlanta I'm sure. Bad things just happen to us. Loris sold his soul for that title in 03 and until he sells, then things will always be like this

but hitting not only issue it pitching both starter and bullpen and even jose not having good start of season dont look shape as last season when i saw him pitch at park he didnt look shape

While Stanton pretty much sucks and ozuna, a real fucking loser is Koehler

And dont forget, dont lose sight of the bigger picture, how many times since 2003 have we been even close to making a post season run? Almost every season since 2003 we have ended the season at or near last place. How do you like those apples?

Aside from 2008 and 2009 where there was a glimmer of hope, there has been absolutely nothing. We even had instances in 2005 and 2014 where we may have had something but nope. Whatever is assembled whether it is heavy duty talent just has not worked here.

Koehler  is starter but look bad we dont have good starter rotation even jose  not having good start season

Jose ain't happy and I feel there could be some turmoil we don't know about. I see him getting traded in July if this thing doesn't turn around. Can't believe I'm repeating myself for the seventh straight year

i notice he not pitching like last season he was not help team mate in ny and look bad start at home too

Everyone needs to slow down.

This is what was advertised...a less than .500 team that will be third in NL East.

Just remember...there will come a point when we can all relax and not base our 2016 happiness on this team. The problem is everyone has hope right now...but soon that will fade away...and we will all start collectively discussing the pieces that we think will help us in 2017.

If I had the patience I would have posted a gif of that guy calmly being stabbed at the end of Saving Private Ryan. The Marlins are that scumbag Nazi...shooshing us....

This team sucks. I have no expectations for postseason until Loria-Turd sells.  Counting the days until NFL....

Counting the days for NFL? You a dolphins fan? GOOD LUCK.

Okay, well some upside there at least.

Digging their offense, some great defensive FA pick-ups, if they draft well in two weeks I expect 8-8 and playoffs

While the lineup really doesn't matter, I have to bring up that it's amazing Mattingly has Ozuna in the 2 spot. With Bour hitting well the lineup needs to be

1. Gordon

2. Yelich

3. Stanton

4. Bour

5. Prado

6. Ozuna

7. Realmuto

8. Hechavarria

It's crazy to me that this isn't the lineup already. But there's obvious flaws with this team that are being exposed early. From the terrible bullpen to the absolute lack of a #3 starting pitcher to a lineup that lacks plate discipline and is below average in the power department. These flaws were apparent at the start of the season and are just as apparent now. There's places we can fix some of these issues (bullpen, change the lineup to the above) but the real issues come from trades that stem back two years and poor draft decisions over the last four years.

The season is super early so these are just reiterating concerns I had at the start of the year, but there needs to be a cultural change in the way this team approaches piecing together a lineup and attacking new acquisitions through free agency, the trade market and the draft.
