hey I will say....no way and I mean NO WAY did I expect a sweep. I don't think its full turned (under .500) but maybe they have truly learned from that Atlanta series. Erick, we beat Kershaw and maeda. and the highest amount of runs they scored in a game was tonight.

This is a deeper response than I tend to give on an online forum but as a criminal defense attorney I see a lot of people do bad things for many different reasons and nothing to me is ever as clear cut as he's a cheater or he's a bad guy. So without knowing more which I'll never know I'm not ready to just label him a piece of shit cheater. He deserves the suspension because he conceded the appeal but for now I'll reserve judgment. In criminal cases many people who aren't guilty of charged conduct still take pleas of convenience because the result of losing a trial is way more severe.

Yeah I mean there's plenty that in my opinion I believe consists of wrong doing on his part. It's more a matter of my own personal opinion and perception. 

 

I equate the PED thing to an ethical violation in other professions and not the same as committing a crime (like domestic violence for example). Would skirting ethics to make 50 million be something i would do? I would like to think I wouldn't but who knows.
