fanofthefish
I'm just glad the Red Sox were able to get rid of that contract, even happier that the Dodgers are on the hook for it! Still CC when he was with the Rays was an exciting player, he's been around a long time, people might forget he was the Devil Rays second round pick the same year (1999) that Josh Hamilton was the #1 overall
Bret Hart
Crawford was a lone hero when Rays had crawled at league-bottom. I think a big contract make him lazy.

SilverBullet
Special place in my heart for Carl Crawford. When I started really expanding my baseball knowledge outside of just the Marlins, being able to watch Devil Rays games was a good way to go about it.... full broadcasts, two usually different teams, different league, different commentators, different news reports, just a whole different perspective outside of Miami... Those were fun times and Crawford was a joy to watch, easily my favorite non Marlins player in those days.
