Mods are a little too quick to assert their power and control. This is a reason why I had a problem last time - and it seems things are returning to 'normal'. I suggest mods relax a little and let the participants of the board do what is fundamental to their title - PARTICIPATE. Now that I have invited a retort, I will be moving back to the forum...

actually, i think the mods on this site are much better than mods on other sites. they really do let you post what you wish most of the time...

 

i can't imagine them keeping a poster from participating unless the poster was doing something inappropriate/inflammatory to begin with.

 

pubes' deleted threads might be the only exception, but he kinda brings it upon himself because of the manner in which he behaves elsewhere on this site. i'm sure he can admit that he's pissed a lot of people off, though i personally don't mind him at all.

Personally, I would have deleted it due to the complete lack of spelling and grammar skills. But that may just be due to the fact that I graduated from somewhere other than Yale.

I think it has something to do with the fact that this board is here to talk about baseball and other issues, not start petty arguments for no reason. I mean, a few threads break down into those from time to time anyway, but that one was basically starting as one.

 

And for the record, your constant badgering of Edcanes to "reveal his source" is no different than people asking you to prove you go to Yale, which you threw a major fit about.
