June 20, 201610 yr Marlins have plenty of All Star candidates for a change. Pitchers: Jose, AJ, Phelps Position Players: Prado, Ozuna, Yelich, JT, Ichiro So who should make it? Jose and Ozuna look like locks right now. While don't see it happening, would not be surprised to see Ichiro selected. Would be great to see him voted in by the fans to the last slot if he gets listed on the final five ballot.

June 20, 201610 yr To be honest, Phelps should make it too but I don't know if they want to take a setup guy especially since we already have three better choices for the game. Phelps leads all NL relievers in WAR though.
June 20, 201610 yr Prado shouldn't have a shot. He's like 7th best at 3rd base in WAR. Realmuto is 4th best so unlikely unless someone gets hurt. Yelich should be in the conversation but will probably get snubbed because he's a Marlin. Jose, Ozuna, and Ramos should be there.

Ramos and Jose are locks I would say (pitchers aren't chosen by fans after all).... I agree unlikely we get a position player in there although ozuna def deserves it.
