Agree with the above, in this weak pitching FA class, he is actually one of the better ones. I say he'll decline the Qualifying Offer and get a 4 year/$60 Million dollar deal. More long term stability. Also, if he does decline, the Marlins should stay as far away as possible, last thing they need is to lose their 1st round pick for a #3 pitcher with the farm the way it is.
