On a lot of chances to sweep, the bullpen has let this team down.  Time and time again....

 

 

I thought Mattingly might come get him when he walked Adams’s but this sweep-less season is really crazy.

Heck, anyone was better then Claw.  He had nothing.  I don’t know if his arm is tired but it’s concerning to see a lot of his fastballs at around 91. That’s not going to cut it for a closer.

It may not mean anything in the end, but its a shame the way this team has played quite well recently yet has really let some leads slip away.

 

I also can’t seem to get over this lack of a sweep. Not saying I predicted it or anything but I was definitely thinking about the fact that they did not add on runs for six innings and still had not gotten a sweep. That said, I was still confident that Barraclough was going to get the job done.
